France: WNBA key players confirmed for 2026 World Cup
French men's and women's teams will rely on their players from the top American league in Berlin next September.

The French federation revealed on Monday the composition of its WNBA contingent for the 2026 World Cup. Carla Leite (Portland) will experience her first major competition in blue. Only Leïla Lacan (Connecticut) will join the group currently in France before the Berlin competition, while the others will report directly to Germany for the final phase scheduled for September 4-13.
