Paraguayan midfielder Bobadilla and striker Lucas Moura participated in São Paulo's first collective training session on Thursday, drawing closer to a return to competition. Bobadilla, hampered by a knee injury, is expected to be available for the derby against Santos on 2 October. Lucas, recovering from an Achilles tendon rupture in March, could return to play before the end of October, surpassing initial forecasts. The club now believes the player will be fully fit well before the 2026 World Cup.
