Trent Alexander-Arnold recalled by England ahead of 2026

Thomas Tuchel has called up Trent Alexander-Arnold for the upcoming Nations League matches, with the 2026 World Cup in mind. The England manager is asking the Real Madrid right-back to strengthen his defensive solidity or risk compromising the team's world objectives. Alexander-Arnold had only been selected once before, in June against Andorra and Senegal. Tuchel is banking on his return to shore up the Three Lions' defence.
